Camille Garro, president of Camille Garro Interiors, did not have to think all that hard about what she wanted to be when she grew up. As a child, Camille accompanied her mother from one fabric shop to another and together they transformed their family's little cape home to their little palace. Witnessing firsthand the magical transformation of space with the proper balance of color, texture and furniture, Camille developed a lifelong passion for design and the belief that great design can truly enrich one's life. From elaborate Victorians to cutting-edge contemporary, from classic traditionals to cozy English Tudors, Camille continues to create magic with all her projects, holding firm to her belief that indeed great design should also be accessible to everyone. Since most of her projects tend to be ongoing, continuing into Phase II, III, IV, Camille stresses the importance of client/designer relationships. Describing her ideal client as someone who shares the same passion about their home as she has, Camille states, "I love my clients to be excited and ready to learn style. My job is to define and redefine style, my clients' job is to react and act." Indeed, after 20 years of successfully interpreting clients' needs and wants, ultimately providing them with their dream home, Camille's philosophy seems to work!
